FOUNDERS’ BIO

Apostles John & Pamela K. Dillon are the visionary co-founders of Agape Time Ministries Incorporated – City of Refuge. Together, they are consecrated apostolic leaders, educators, and pioneers, with over 60 years of combined ministry and leadership experience.

Apostle Pamela K. Dillon holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership & Change, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Healthcare Management and Business Administration. She is also a five-time published author, a Bishop, and the 2nd Presiding Prelate of Embassy Ecclesiastical Affairs (EEA)—a global reformation network for the 21st-century church.

Apostle John W. Dillon brings more than 30 years of theological and cultural teaching with a specialization in the Hebrew language and biblical instruction. He also holds an Associate of Science Degree in Music Production, combining spiritual depth with creative and cultural expression.

Together, they are committed to building strong, relevant, and Spirit-led leaders who will transform families, cities, and nations for the glory of God.

FACILITY

Agape Time Ministries operates from a 29,000 sq. ft. multi-functional building in the heart of Berkeley, Missouri, serving as a hub for spiritual growth, leadership training, community outreach, and kingdom advancement.
